erm was established in November 2000 by a group of construction professionals who recognised that there was a better, more constructive way to manage and execute construction projects.
We offer a very flexible approach, tailoring our services to meet the specific requirements of each client and individual project.
Utilising our core skills of Project Management, we have extended the range of in-house resources to respond to the direct needs of our clients including Design Management and Support, Planning Consultation, Management of Health and Safety through our subsidiary company, RiN Associates, through to true turn–key project delivery involving on–site construction.
Our success in growing our range of services has been through working closely and constructively with the whole project team and stakeholders including clients, designers, contractors and external bodies and by bringing focus to the core objectives to ensure successful delivery.
Every project commissioned has a named Director responsible for each and every stage providing a single, senior point of contact for the client.
